Luke Penfold (right) and Brayden Darby (left) joined K10 towards the end of 2020 as Apprentice Carpenters. They joined our collaboration scheme between Hill Partnership and Clarion Housing Group on their High Path estate project in Merton working with JL O’Rourke.
After phase 1 came to a close, JLO were so impressed, they continued their progression on their other projects around London. Both have now completed their Level 2 carpentry apprenticeship and are joining the JLO team directly.
