A huge congratulations to Jone Da Cruz who was honoured last week for all his hard work during his apprenticeship. Jone, who was Metro’s apprentice of the month, was honoured at the ‘topping out’ ceremony for the Skyline Tower in Hackney. With him are Trevor Hughes and Piers Clanford, Senior Managers from Berkeley Homes.
Jone gave a mini-speech in front of the Berkeleys team, and was presented with a framed cut out of his Metro award.
Jack from K10 had this to say: “Jone is easily my most famous apprentice. Recently, he’s had more photos taken of him than David Beckham. In all seriousness, Jone is very dedicated and motivated to succeed in the industry. There is no doubt he will go on to bigger and better things in the future, he thoroughly deserves every bit of credit he receives.”
Keep an eye out for Jone’s blogs too here on the K10 website as he’ll be sharing his experiences, highs, challenges and inviting questions from any of our existing or potential apprentices. Here’s his first blog from a few weeks ago.
Please get in touch with us with any comments on any of our blogs or questions about our apprenticeship programme.
