Louise was first introduced to RB Emerson in August 2018, when she completed a traineeship on Hill Partnerships Walthamforest project, Dunedin Road. Louise had no experience or qualifications in electrical installation prior to starting on site, but her work ethic and attitude were so positive that RB Emerson offered her a position through K10 after just one week of her work experience. Since the completion of the electrical works at Dunedin Road, RB Emerson have moved Louise across to City North, a Telford Homes project in Islington.
