“For Ferrovial Agroman our Apprentices are very important for ongoing business operations and they will develop into a role that appeals to them within the business. For this reason, we have implemented a mentoring program to ensure they understand their value to the projects and companies involved currently and are able to develop themselves to improve the future. We have six apprentices from the scheme onboard and we strive to keep the number of apprenticeships increasing. Also, I would like to thank Heathrow Academy for all the support and kindness, We learn a lot from each other! As I always say “How well we are doing is all about how well they are doing”
