K10 Apprenticeships are proud to announce that all of our Operations Staff are now Mental Health First Aiders.
In association with the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity, The K10 staff took part in the ‘Adult MHFA Two Day’ course to become Mental Health First Aiders.
The importance of Mental Health awareness in the construction industry is something we believe should be taken very seriously. Many go undiagnosed without realising they’re suffering with some sort of mental health that affects their day to day life.
The training provided to our staff has now enabled us to support and assist all of our apprentices facing difficulties in mental health.
