Zenab Mumtaz of Lendlease had this to say, “Lendlease have been working with K-10 to place work experience placements from their traineeship programme onto our live sites. To date we have placed 5 candidates with our supply chain and feedback has been great; we’ve found that most candidates on the programme have a real passion to learn more about the industry and their chosen trades with a few candidates even securing apprenticeship opportunities. We’ve had great success with the programme and hope to continue working with K-10 to get more young people involved in the construction industry”
