Congratulations to Gary Dhaliwal who recently completed his Level 4 Data Analyst apprenticeship on the Thames Water Shared Apprenticeship Scheme.
During his apprenticeship, Gary gained valuable experience working both directly for Thames Water and with MWH Treatment. Reflecting on his journey, Gary said: “The scheme gave me exposure to different teams, projects and ways of working, which helped build both my technical skills and my confidence.”
Following the successful completion of his apprenticeship, Gary has secured a full-time role with MWH, where he is continuing to apply the knowledge and skills developed during his time on the scheme. “I’m extremely grateful to K10 and everyone who supported me throughout the Scheme. The opportunities, experience and guidance I received have given me a strong foundation for the next stage of my career.”
