Simranpreet Klair has recently completed her Level 3 Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability apprenticeship with Costain Group PLC via the Heathrow Shared Apprenticeship Scheme and joins Costain directly to continue her career development within their SHE team. “I spent 3 and half years with K10 Apprenticeships which was the stepping stone into my career into the business world. Before entering my apprenticeship with K10 I was about to start university, which wasn’t my ideal option but was about to go due to the lack of apprenticeship available at the time. I then came upon K10 at an open day at the Heathrow Academy where I was given the opportunity to apply for this apprenticeship. During the course, I gained valuable experience with an industry leading company and a team that has constantly pushed me to grow both as an individual and professionally.”
