David started with K10 back in 2019 on the construction Traineeship programme. From here he gained his functional skills CSCS card, construction work experience and has not looked back since. David then progressed to becoming an Apprentice for K10, where he worked on several large London projects. Earlier this year David qualified as a Level 2 Dry Liner with West London College and Gypcraft Drylining Contractors Ltd. David has now moved on to university where he’s studying Construction Management level 6, bringing his knowledge and experience to a new level.

‘I joined the K10 Traineeship in 2019 and then became an Apprentice. It’s been a great journey with plenty of ups and a few downs but K10 stuck with me all the way. I’m now a qualified Dry Liner and doing a Level 6 Construction Management Degree. This is the future I wanted and I’m so happy to be where I am toady’. David

“We are delighted to celebrate David’s remarkable accomplishment and recognise the significance of social value in shaping bright futures. David’s journey has been truly inspiring, showcasing the incredible power of apprenticeships and the value they bring to individuals and society. As David continues to excel in his studies, we are confident he will achieve remarkable things in our Industry.” Maria Francesca Mastinu – Head of HR – Gypcraft Drylining Contractors Ltd
